I help children, adolescents and Adults struggling with Anxiety, depression, post-traumatic disorders, conduct disorder, ADHD, eating disorder bipolar disorder, suicidal thoughts. and substance use disorder become the best versions of themselves.

CBT is a useful tool that can quickly help in identifying coping skills. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps people to identify how to change their negative, destructive and disturbing thoughts patterns that affects their behaviors and emotions, I will utilize this method of therapy during one-one skill training to help my clients to cope with stressful life situations and management of emotions.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of talk therapy specifically adapted for individuals who experience high emotions. It can help in recovery of individuals struggling with PTSD, Substance use, eating disorder, suicidal behaviors depression and anxiety. I will utilize this tool during one-one skills training sessions related to emotions, regulations, distress tolerance interpersonal effectiveness and mindfulness with my client.
Psychoeducation provides accurate information that helps clients understand their diagnosis, symptoms better and treatment method specific to their needs. I will provide information related to their symptoms and offer them with coping strategies and treatment available. I will provide evidence-based coping skills.
