I specialized in working within the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities however I welcome those of all backgrounds, religions, and identifies. I will collaborate with you to develop goals tailored to your needs. I work with you in identifying and changing patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that are no longer serve you. Together we will explore your fears, values, and goals so that you can build the life you want. My goal is to help you find your inner wisdom to create change in how you navigate difficult personal, academic, social, and or emotional situations.

I work to empower clients to create positive change in their lives. I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem, depression, stress management, and queer issues. I offer a combination of CBT, DBT, Mindfulness training, and other evidenced based techniques to bring awareness to the power and personal responsibility in each of us.
