First session
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey and my role is to provide a safe space for you, whether that is problem solving or a more in-depth look at what is going on. I believe in holistic treatment and individualized treatment.
Strengths
My biggest strength is exploring a topic from a variety of viewpoints to help clients gain insight and understanding. As a working mom, I understand the demands felt by mothers and love being able to help moms get their own needs met while still caring for the family and maintaining balance in their lives.
Ideal clients
I specialize in maternal mental health including infertility, perinatal, postpartum, and parenting issues. And a particular emphasis in mothers who are artists/musicians/dancers/performers or creative types. I try to bring a good balance of compassion and empathy to session, while also being straight forward to call you out when needed. If you enjoy a quirky sense of humor and some creativity, then we will probably be a good fit!
