As a licensed clinical social worker, I am committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. With experience working in a psychiatric hospital setting, I’ve supported clients facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety and depression. My approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practices, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I work collaboratively with clients to build practical coping skills, foster resilience, and create a more meaningful, fulfilling life. Whether you're seeking support during a difficult time or working toward long-term personal growth, I provide a safe, supportive space to begin that process.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is for us to get to know one another. For me it involves obtaining information and learning about you. For you it is about getting to know what to expect in the future and how to establish goals while getting to know me as a therapist and how I operate.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe in the saying "no one cares how much you know until they know how much you care." I have a genuine love and respect for people as an individual and approach each person as a unique gift and not a problem to be solved.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve individuals who are wanting to better their life but do not know where to begin. Feeling like you are stuck in the same cycle of anxiety or depression.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I have experience using ACT therapy in a psychiatric hospital setting. I use ACT therapy to help individuals live a more meaningful life by transforming their relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings, focusing on acceptance and values-driven action rather than trying to eliminate distress. ACT is a form of psychotherapy that emphasizes psychological flexibility, helping people respond to internal experiences in ways that align with their values, even when those experiences are painful.
