What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

As a client you can expect honesty and integrity. You can expect to be heard and your goals to be outlined to achieve a greater balance. You will always be respected, and confidentiality is paramount. Each session will build on the previous and treatment goals and milestones will be defined.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Making the decision to engage in the treatment process can feel overwhelming, frighting and exhaustive. However, the process and outcomes can be very rewarding. Treatment begins with an exploration of your story and how to best establish homeostasis as you see it. Exploration of past and present relationships, experiences, and struggles so that a deeper understanding of self can be achieved. Greater self-awareness allows for the opportunity to make intentional choices, increased confidence in your authentic self, and navigation of future struggles in an effective way.
