New to Grow
I focus on helping people work through depression and anxiety, and I'm especially passionate about guiding folks as they grow into the version of themselves, they want to be. Everyone's journey is different, and I'm here to walk alongside you as you find your way. My approach I bring a compassionate and direct approach to therapy—kindness with honesty. I use a variety of tools and techniques to help you manage whatever life is throwing your way, but just as importantly, I take the time to really understand your experience. I'm always tuned in to what you're saying and what might be going unsaid.
In our first session, we'll take time to talk through what's been going on in your life and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. It's a chance for you to share, ask questions, and start setting some goals that feel meaningful and achievable. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful about the path ahead.
My biggest strength is that I communicate well with my clients and we focus on solutions that will help them make some change in their lives decreasing whatever is troubling them.
Sometimes people face situations in life they’re unsure about, which can lead to depression, anxiety, or both. I focus on helping adults who are struggling with life transitions or dealing with these challenges. When life gets complicated, it takes time to work through the issues, and one thing I like to do is provide a coping skill by the end of each session, whether it’s the first or the fiftieth. Life changes can happen as quickly as you want, and we’re here to help make those changes possible.
