I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Arizona. I received my masters degree from Arizona State University and have been practicing for 10 years. My role as a therapist is to support you and to challenge you on your path to self-improvement and self-empowerment. I have gained professional experience across diverse environments, including inpatient, outpatient, correctional facilities, and private practice settings.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session we'll start with an introduction, then we will discuss background and history. We will discuss concerns and challenges to determine frequency of sessions and create a treatment plan to utilize in follow up sessions. Treatment begins during the first session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I do not believe in a one size fits all model. I utilize an integration of modalities to best fit individual needs and to aid in behavior modification.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am a culturally competent therapist with experience working with various populations including, the LGBTQ community, adolescents, adults, couples, veterans, and those suffering from chronic illness. My therapeutic approach is solution-focused and strength-based, faith/spirituality can be incorporated into treatment as well.
