Hi! I'm Kimberly Walker, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and I'm so glad you found your way here. Whether you're navigating something difficult for the first time or have been carrying a burden for a while, I want you to know that you don't have to figure it out alone. I've spent most of my career in behavioral health, working across long-term inpatient and outpatient settings with people of all ages. One of my greatest joys is working with children and adolescents. I believe kids deserve a space where they feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, and substance use disorders. My approach is evidence-based and deeply personal. I won't hand you a one-size-fits-all plan. Cognitive Behavioral therapy is an important first line therapy that can be utilized to identify problem areas for clients that may need to be addressed. I have had four years of experience with providing CBT.
