My name is Julia and I've been practicing in the Social Work field for 12 plus years. I am licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida and Virgnia. I've received both my Bachelors and Masters in Social Work from Florida State University. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
In the first session, we'll share brief introductions, discuss current concerns/issues you are facing/battling. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with various populations through my career, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I have experience in a range of populations including Veterans, Teenagers, Crisis, Autism, work related stress, health related stress, caregiver support/burnout and many more.
