Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from New Jersey! I work mostly with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and work stressors. My ideal clients are usually ages 18 and up but I do work with children as young as 12 years old. I've worked most with clients who are "high functioning" and most of my clients are in school or working.
During our first session, we will get to know each other and talk about what brings you into therapy. This will help me find the best approach for our future sessions.

I use CBT consistently in my practice in order to examine the thoughts behind certain behaviors and work on changing them to benefit the client.
