My greatest strength as a provider is helping individuals, couples, children, and adolescents explore and increase understanding of their difficulties treating anxiety, depression, and/or trauma exploring coping strategies to address issues holding back personal and family progress and growth.

I love working with adults who are motivated to improve their relationships with themselves and others. They often feel anxious, depressed, and irritable with challenges with their families and work.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

It’s a wonderful method to increase understanding of how to appropriately cope with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and family conflicts among other dysregulation.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT incorporates multiple coping skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, relaxation, communication, and conflict resolution strategies. It helps to improve relationships with self and others.
