About me

Being high-functioning doesn't mean you're doing well. I work with adults who keep showing up for everyone else while struggling with stress, exhaustion, sleep, confidence, or feeling stuck in their own lives. My approach is practical and whole-person, helping you understand how sleep, mood, stress, and daily functioning connect so you can create meaningful changes that actually fit your life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is about understanding—not rushing to solve everything. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been feeling difficult, and what you'd like to be different. I'll ask questions to understand the bigger picture, including how stress, sleep, mood, and daily functioning may be connected. Together, we'll identify a starting point and create a plan that feels realistic for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring an empowering, thoughtful, and holistic approach to therapy. I’m curious about the bigger picture and enjoy helping clients connect the dots between what they’re experiencing and what may be happening underneath the surface. My goal is for you to leave sessions with greater clarity, a deeper understanding of yourself, and practical tools you can actually use.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is a high-functioning woman who appears to have it all together but is quietly drowning inside. She may be successful, responsible, caring for others, and meeting expectations while privately struggling with anxiety, sleep, confidence, or feeling disconnected from herself. She may not look like someone who “needs therapy,” but knows something needs to change and is ready to understand what’s underneath the surface.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps you explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We’ll identify patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling stuck, then work together to develop more balanced ways of thinking and practical strategies you can use in everyday life.

EMDR

EMDR can help you process distressing experiences that continue to affect how you feel, think, or respond today. We’ll work at a pace that feels manageable while helping your brain process difficult memories and experiences in a way that can reduce their emotional intensity and impact on your everyday life.

Psychoeducation

Psychoeducation helps you better understand what you’re experiencing and why it may be happening. I may provide information about stress, emotions, sleep, behavior patterns, or other concerns we’re addressing so you can make sense of what’s happening and feel more confident applying strategies between sessions.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness can help you slow down, notice what is happening in the present moment, and become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and physical cues. We may use simple mindfulness practices to reduce overwhelm, improve emotional awareness, and help you respond to everyday challenges with greater intention.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution-Focused Therapy helps you identify what you want to change and build on what is already working. Rather than spending all of our time focused on the problem, we’ll explore your strengths, resources, and small steps that can move you toward the life you want
