Hi! I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Georgia with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with managing anxiety, cope with addictions, reframe trauma and abuse, increasing motivation, build self esteem, and develop confidence. My therapeutic approach is myriad of Cognitive Behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, and trauma informed care. I help individuals build self-awareness and find tools to become who they truly desire to be.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a custom plan and goals for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
With experience working with diverse populations, I have developed a strong insight for identifying root causes of distress and implementing impactful tools to change negative behaviors. My greatest strength as a provider is my supportive and empathetic approach.
I love working with individuals who are motivated to do the work to become the truest versions of themselves. My clients are often needing the right tools and skills to change. They often feel stuck, hopeless, or unworthy of who they are presently.
