I am a Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State who sees clients from all walks of life . My clients range from Teens to senior citizens. I provide individual and family, and couple-based therapy to people from all socioeconomic backgrounds. I treat a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress-related disorders, social anxiety, grief, ADHD (teens/young adults only), and behavioral and emotional disorders (children/teens only) using therapy techniques and models such as Behavioral Therapy, CBT, TCBT, DBT, Family Systems, MI, Stages of Change, Strengths-based My main goal in this field is to provide people with the tools they need to advocate for themselves and their loved ones. People deserve to be heard and valued. I also enjoy assisting clients in identifying their goals by utilizing their strengths. I like to assist my clients in overcoming life challenges by motivating and encouraging them
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During the first session we will talk about the symptomps , and what brings you to therapy. We will also review policy and the process of therapy. As your therapist we will also work on making a list of your goals, what you will want to achieve in the process.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help you navigate your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also help you to connect each of them to navigate helpful patterns. With CBT you will learn to develop healthy coping skills for stress and mental health conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, grieving, relationship problems, and help you improve your life challenges to live a healthier life.
