In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, I aim to create a welcoming and safe space where you feel valued and respected. We'll focus on any fears or doubts you may have about yourself or your journey, partnering together to support your growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength lies in my clinical skills, deep empathy, and respect for my clients. Having experienced debilitating anxiety attacks early in my life, I understand the feelings of helplessness that can accompany them. At the time there wasn't enough mental health support. Now, I am dedicated to supporting others facing mental health struggles. I quickly create a safe space for clients to share their deepest fears and concerns. Using a strength-based approach, I integrate attachment theory, CBT, and Gestalt techniques to address trauma and relationship patterns. Clients often find new strengths they hadn't recognized before. I am committed to partnering with you on your journey of growth and healing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

If you are a teen or adult struggling with anxiety, questioning your gender identity, or feeling overwhelmed by depression from life's challenges, I am here to partner with you. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to support your unique journey.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I incorporate attachment theory to figure out how any relationship patterns early on in life impact the lives of my clients maybe teens or adults and their relationships with others. This has been extremely helpful in addressing any relationship concerns my clients face in their lives.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT in addressing any automatic thoughts especially negative that lead to lower self esteem, anxiety and create obstacles in a client's self-growth.

Gestalt

Gestalt techniques are very useful in addressing any trauma that is caused and provide a closure to my clients. It brings them relief and they are able to verbalize their feelings appropriately.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use mindfulness in my practice to address my client's anxieties and traumas and also teach the clients helpful tools to use when they are out in the world and may be faced by any anxiety inducing triggers.

Strength-Based

My work is strength based. I learn about and focus on a client's strengths and assist the client in recognizing these strengths to motivate them in their journey.
