LMHC, 5 years of experience
New to Grow
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, honoring the deep connection between mind, body, and heart. By meeting clients exactly where they are, I aim to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space to explore, heal, and grow. Building a strong and meaningful therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, empathy, compassion, and respect is at the very heart of my practice.
I have significant experience conducting cognitive/behavioral assessments, including ADOS-2, WSIC-V, KBit, BRIEFS, SRS-2, Vineland-3, and Sensory Profiles, which support tailored treatment plans and therapeutic interventions. While I prefer working with children ages 5-10, my experience spans across the lifespan, helping individuals of all ages achieve their emotional and developmental goals.
By meeting clients where they are, I create a safe, collaborative space to explore and address their needs therefore using a variety of modalities during sessions allows to support clients in reaching their short- and long-term goals, all the while fostering a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect.
I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, with a focus on trauma-informed care. I bring a comprehensive skill set to my practice, including expertise in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), trauma center-focused therapy, and a certified Autism Professional Assessment.
