9 years of experience

Everyone’s journey in life is different. I am here to help you continue to be the best version of you through healing and acceptance. My primary approach is person-centered focused, as I allow you to guide the way through your journey of life. I have experience working with adolescents, families, LGBTQIA+, adults and older adults experiencing the following but not limited to: Minority Issues, Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Challenges of Military Life, Life Transitions, Stress Management and an extensive array of mental health concerns. My specialties include anxiety, boundaries, coping skills, self-esteem and stress management. I encourage individuals to tap into their strengths and take control of their mental health for continued growth in their journey. As a therapist, my goal is to make sure that my clients feel safe, happy and supported. Let’s work together to achieve your goals. (Currently only accepting adults 18+ for individual therapy).

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

After our initial session, you will develop an identifiable goal that you would like to work on and achieve in therapy. I am here to help guide you through your mental health journey by use of different therapeutic approaches (ex: person-centered, mindfulness). After working together for a while, you can expect us to have a conversation about how therapy is working for you, how you’ve been making progress and if you would like to continue to work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths are connecting with clients and developing personalized and achievable goals. I enjoy helping clients overcome their concerns and becoming their best possible self.
