Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner with over a decade of experience. I specialize in helping women navigate the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum, and loss, as well as heal from trauma and manage anxiety. In our work together, I create a space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and understood. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and move through life’s challenges with greater confidence and compassion.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll start with a warm, easy conversation to get to know each other. I'll invite you to share what’s been feeling heavy or overwhelming lately, especially around pregnancy, postpartum, trauma, or anxiety. From there, we’ll begin to map out a plan that feels supportive and manageable, always at a pace that feels right for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in perinatal mental health, trauma, and anxiety for over a decade, I bring a deep understanding of how overwhelming and isolating these experiences can feel. My greatest strengths are creating a space where you feel genuinely seen and understood, helping you tune into what you need most, and offering practical, compassionate tools that support real, lasting healing.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with women in the pregnancy and postpartum seasons, as well as those healing from pregnancy loss or birth trauma. My clients are often carrying a lot—emotionally and physically—and are searching for a space where they don’t have to hold it all together. They are strong, but often feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we work on making space for their emotions, rebuilding trust in themselves, and finding a way to feel more grounded through the messiness of it all.

My treatment methods

Brainspotting

I am a certified Brainspotting therapist and have been using Brainspotting in my clinical work for nearly six years. Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-body therapy that helps people process and heal from trauma, anxiety, grief, and other emotional challenges by tapping into the body's natural ability to heal itself. In sessions, I guide clients to find a “brainspot”—a specific eye position connected to where they are holding unresolved emotions or sensations in the body. We use this spot as an anchor, allowing the brain and body to access and process deeper layers of emotion without needing to "talk through" everything. It's a gentle but profound approach that often helps clients reach insights and relief that traditional talk therapy might not access as quickly. Sometimes Brainspotting is the main focus of a session, and other times I weave it in alongside more traditional methods, depending on what feels right for the client.

EMDR

I have been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for almost 3 years and have incorporated it into my clinical work to help clients process trauma, anxiety, and difficult life experiences. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that uses bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements, tapping, or auditory tones—to support the brain in reprocessing stuck memories and emotional patterns. In sessions, I use EMDR to help clients move through distressing experiences in a way that feels more manageable and less overwhelming. The goal isn't to erase memories, but to help you store them in a way that no longer triggers the same emotional intensity. Depending on a client's needs, EMDR can be the primary focus of our work or can be woven into broader therapy to support healing from anxiety, grief, postpartum struggles, or self-esteem challenges.
