Hello, I'm Kimberly, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. Do you find yourself feeling disconnected and unheard? Are you seeking a safe place to explore your emotions and break unwanted patterns? I help individuals cope with high-functioning levels of anxiety and depression. I also walk with clients in helping to uncover current dysfunctional patterns that are rooted in adverse past experiences. I work with individuals who want to break free from unhealthy cycles and who are looking for practical tools to ease symptoms such as overthinking, poor boundaries, lack of self-love, life transitions and a deflated mood.

I utilize evidence-based approaches to establish interventions along with being intentional in creating a safe and welcoming environment inspired by the love of God. I use a collaborative approach where I believe you as the client is an expert on your life story and I come alongside to provide clinical sound guidance with kindness and warmth.

I work well with clients who want to create new life patterns and break away from life patterns that were established from a place of survival. I work with clients who are looking to manage high functioning anxiety and depression.
