New to Grow
I’m a trauma‑informed therapist who works with people who are often the helpers, the steady ones, or the problem solvers in their families, workplaces, or communities. My practice blends EMDR, somatic work, and reflective exploration to support clients who want clarity, emotional regulation, and a space where they don’t have to hold everything together. I show up with warmth, curiosity, and a commitment to making therapy feel safe and collaborative.
In our first session, we’ll start with a structured intake so I can understand what brings you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping to change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a clear picture of your history, your strengths, and the patterns that feel important. From there, we’ll shift into getting to know each other: how you show up, how I work, and what helps you feel safe and understood. As we settle in, we’ll open space for whatever feels most needed in the moment, whether that’s grounding, clarity, or simply having a place to exhale. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling seen, supported, and confident about the path we’re beginning together.
I bring a calm, steady presence and a strong ability to translate complex emotional experiences into language that feels clear and validating. I’m skilled at noticing patterns, asking thoughtful questions, and helping clients make sense of what they’re feeling in a way that feels safe rather than overwhelming. My approach is trauma‑informed and grounded in EMDR, somatic awareness, and attachment work, allowing me to hold both the emotional weight and the practical steps needed for healing.
I’m best positioned to serve clients who carry a lot emotionally, mentally, or professionally and rarely have a place where they can set it all down. My ideal client is thoughtful, reflective, and often the one others rely on: the helper, the problem solver, the steady one who keeps going even when they feel overwhelmed or disconnected inside. They may be navigating trauma, chronic stress, identity concerns, burnout, or relationship patterns that no longer feel sustainable. They’re looking for a space where they don’t have to perform or explain, where their inner world is taken seriously, and where complexity is met with warmth, clarity, and structure. I work best with clients who want to understand themselves more deeply, regulate their emotions more effectively, and build a life that feels aligned, grounded, and genuinely their own.
