New to Grow
I’m a licensed therapist who specializes in treating anxiety, OCD, and related challenges using evidence-based approaches like CBT and ERP. I’m warm, direct, and collaborative, and I strive to create a space where you feel understood and supported while also being gently challenged to grow. My goal is to help you break free from patterns that keep you stuck and build the skills and confidence to navigate life with more ease.
Expect a supportive, authentic, and completely nonjudgmental environment from day one. I specialize in OCD and anxiety, which means I’m prepared for any thought or concern you bring to the table—nothing is 'too weird' or surprising here. Our sessions are a blend of serious work and engaging collaboration, focused on giving you practical tools and the confidence to handle uncertainty with ease.
My greatest strength lies in balancing clinical structure with genuine warmth. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, while simultaneously using evidence-based tools like ERP and CBT to help you take meaningful action. I am direct and authentic in my approach, focusing on equipping you with practical, lifelong skills that lead to real, lasting change.
Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in exhausting cycles of compulsive behaviors or 'what-if' thinking. I am best positioned to serve those who are ready to move beyond avoidance and take a structured, goal-oriented approach to their healing. If you are open to evidence-based methods like ERP and CBT, I will provide the support and tools you need to face your fears, increase your emotional flexibility, and reclaim your freedom.
Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)
I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard for treating OCD and anxiety. Together, we’ll work to gradually face the thoughts and situations you've been avoiding while systematically reducing compulsions. My goal is to help you build a tolerance for uncertainty, teaching your brain that anxiety can decrease naturally without the need for rituals.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors intersect. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thinking patterns and replace them with more balanced, realistic perspectives. Beyond just talking, we’ll use practical strategies and behavioral exercises to build the skills you need to make lasting, meaningful changes in your daily life.
