Hi there, I'm Maria. Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help women who feel the weight of the world on their shoulders mange the feelings of being overwhelmed. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness, meditation, and visualization to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. First session
After you first session with me, you will begin to learn skills that you can practice in the “real world” to increase the number of “good days” and, when “bad days” sneak up, they won’t be as bad as before.
Strengths
My biggest strength in therapy is my ability to help bring insight into a situation. I allow you space to talk about whatever is on your mind and then we work together to gain a better understanding of the situation. This is especially helpful in better understanding anxiety and depression, along with other feelings such as anger or feeling overwhelmed.
Ideal clients
I prefer to work with women, ages 18 to 50 who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma and other mood disorders
