I am a compassionate and experienced clinical social worker dedicated to helping people move through life's most difficult seasons with greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion. I bring a diverse and grounded clinical background spanning private practice, school based settings, clinic supervision and forensic and medical social work. This range of experience has deepened my ability to work with adults, adolescents, and children across a wide spectrum of life circumstances, including trauma, family stress and systemic challenges. I work collaboratively with adults, adolescents, and children navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions and self-esteem challenges. I primarily work with adults and women and drawing on my background across multiple clinical settings, I bring a deep understanding of how emotional and behavioral challenges show up across the lifespan and in the context of complex life circumstances. My approach is eclectic and integrative, drawing on evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, always tailored to meet the unique needs of each person I work with. My work is trauma-informed, strengths based, and culturally responsive. I believe you are more than your struggles, and my goal is to help you reconnect with your own capacity to heal and grow.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a chance for us to connect, explore what brought you to therapy, and begin building a relationship grounded in trust and collaboration. I understand that reaching out for support takes courage, and I am committed to creating a space where you feel truly heard, respected, and at ease from the very beginning. Together we will clarify your goals and start mapping a path forward that feels right for you. All session are conducted via Telehealth, offering you the flexibility and privacy to engage in therapy from the comfort of your own space.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my approach apart is the balance of warmth, honesty, and practical support I bring to every session. I meet clients where they are, drawing on their existing strengths while helping them build new skills and perspectives. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework, which means I am always focused on what is possible for you, not just what has been painful. Clients often tell me they appreciate feeling both genuinely supported and meaningfully challenged. My diverse background has also shaped how I understand people. Having worked alongside individuals in emergency rooms, hospital settings, schools and within the forensic system, I have learned to meet people in their most vulnerable and complex moments. That experience informs every session I hold.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve adults who are navigating the tension between how their life looks from the outside and how it feels on the inside. You may be managing anxiety that won't quiet down, moving through a significant life transition, or dealing with the daily challenges of ADHD that leave you frustrated with yourself. You might be carrying old wounds that still shape how you see yourself and relate to others, even if you've never called it trauma. I work especially well with women who are self-aware and motivated but stuck in patterns of self-doubt, perfectionism, or people-pleasing that are no longer serving them. You may be dealing with depression that feels more like emptiness than sadness, or self-esteem that has quietly eroded over time. I also have a deep understanding of the emotional weight that comes with chronic illness, medical crisis, and the stress of navigating complex systems. You don't need to have the right words for what you're experiencing. You just need to be open to the process and willing to show up for yourself. I'll help with the rest.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT in a practical and supportive way, helping clients recognize negative thought patterns, challenge self-defeating beliefs, and develop healthier ways of responding to stress, anxiety, depression, and everyday life challenges. My goal is to help clients feel more empowered, confident, and emotionally balanced.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

My approach incorporates ACT to help clients navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges with greater self-compassion and resilience. I help clients learn how to sit with difficult emotions, reduce avoidance patterns, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with their personal values.
