I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to mental health care. I believe lasting wellness comes from treating the whole person, not just symptoms, by addressing the connection between mind, body, and lifestyle. My practice combines evidence-based psychiatric treatment with integrative strategies, including nutrition, sleep optimization, stress management, and when appropriate, targeted supplementation. I work with adults, children, teens and seniors to manage conditions such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and burnout, while also supporting overall well-being and long-term resilience.

I take a comprehensive, whole-person approach—combining clinical expertise with a practical understanding of how lifestyle, stress, biology, and environment all play a role in mental health.

I value building strong, collaborative relationships with my clients and take the time to truly listen. My goal is straightforward: help you feel better, function better, and regain control of your life with a treatment plan that actually fits you.

First session

During your first session, we’ll take the time to get a full picture of what’s going on, not just your symptoms, but your overall health, lifestyle, and personal history. This is a comprehensive evaluation where I’ll ask about your mental health concerns, medical background, current medications, sleep, stress levels, and daily habits. You can expect a conversation, not an interrogation. My goal is to understand you as a whole person and what’s actually driving how you’re feeling. By the end of the session, we’ll begin forming a plan together. This may include treatment options such as therapy recommendations, lifestyle adjustments, and if appropriate, medication. I’ll walk you through the reasoning behind any recommendations so you feel informed and in control of your care. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, just come as you are. This first step is about building clarity, trust, and a path forward that makes sense for you.

Strengths

My greatest strength is my ability to look beyond surface-level symptoms and identify what’s truly driving them. I take a comprehensive, whole-person approach—combining clinical expertise with a practical understanding of how lifestyle, stress, biology, and environment all play a role in mental health. What stands out about my approach is that it’s both structured and individualized. I use evidence-based methods, but I don’t rely on a one-size-fits-all model. Every treatment plan is tailored, whether that involves medication management, therapy-informed strategies, or integrative interventions like sleep optimization, nutrition, and stress regulation. I’m also direct and solution-focused. Patients come to me because they want real change—not just to talk, but to feel and function better. I prioritize clarity, education, and measurable progress so you understand what we’re doing and why. In terms of results, my goal is simple: help you stabilize, regain control, and build long-term resilience, not dependence on ongoing care. When treatment is done right, you should see meaningful improvement.

Ideal clients

- Motivated for real change – not just symptom relief, but wanting to understand why they feel the way they do and how to fix it at the root - Open to a whole-person approach – willing to explore the connection between mental health, lifestyle, hormones, sleep, nutrition, and stress -Tired of the “band-aid” model – they’ve often been on multiple medications, seen multiple providers, and still don’t feel like themselves -Accountable and engaged – they show up, follow through, and understand that progress requires consistency

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a structured, practical form of psychotherapy built on a simple idea: your thoughts → feelings → behaviors are connected, and if you change one, you can influence the others.
