I'm Stefan Waltke, and I'm glad to meet you! I know that sometimes people feel nervous about approaching therapy. It can be even overwhelming to get to the point where you feel that something is not OK, and that perhaps you need some help from a professional. The important thing is that you are here, and you are seeking help. I am glad to be in a position to help you out. I specialize in providing treatment to people with anxiety, depression, and helping LGBTQ+ people with whatever issues may be facing them. I also have extensive experience in working with addictions, too!
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session, we will start with introductions, followed by various questions about your health, both physical and mental, as well as your history of whatever your issue may be. The vast majority of the session will be to allow me to familiarize myself with your problem and how this affects you in your day-to-day life.

I've worked in the field since 2020, and honed my skills on people struggling with the hardest parts of the pandemic, and through that have helped many people proceed on with their lives.
