I’m a Licensed Psychologist and owner/founder of iPsychological. I use a practical blend of CBT and depth work. We work toward immediate symptom relief while digging deeper to understand to stop the issues at the source. We work together to implement tools for healing and growth. My style is collaborative, direct, and steady, with space for humor when it helps and depth when it matters.
In our first session, expect a real conversation, not a spotlight and a rapid fire round of “tell me about your childhood.” We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to see change, and the patterns underneath the surface at a pace that feels respectful and manageable. By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of how I think, how we might approach your goals, and whether working together feels like a solid fit, ideally leaving with a sense of cautious optimism about what’s possible.
I’m the owner of iPsychological.com and lead a growing practice, but still genuinely love the individual work. My approach is evidence based without being robotic, direct without being harsh, and reflective without drifting into abstraction. Clients can expect steadiness and clarity without any BS. I specialize in translating complexity into something practical and usable so insight turns into forward movement, not just conversation.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify the patterns between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we slow down automatic reactions, examine the accuracy and usefulness of core beliefs, and replace unhelpful thinking with more balanced alternatives. My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on real-world change, not just insight.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop a healthier relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions rather than feeling controlled by them. I support clients in identifying their personal values, increasing psychological flexibility, and taking meaningful steps toward the life they want to build. Through mindfulness, acceptance, and practical behavior-change strategies, I help clients move forward even when discomfort, anxiety, or uncertainty is present.
I offer Christian counseling for clients who would like their faith incorporated into therapy. When desired, I help clients explore how their beliefs, values, and relationship with God can support healing, personal growth, and decision-making. Faith-based elements are included only at the client’s request, and I integrate Christian principles with evidence-based therapeutic approaches while respecting each person’s individual experiences, questions, and spiritual journey.
I work with couples to improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and better understand the patterns that may be creating conflict or distance in their relationship. I provide a supportive, balanced environment where both partners can feel heard while developing practical tools to navigate disagreements, rebuild trust, and create healthier ways of relating to one another.

Myself and my partner were very pleased with our session with Elijah, he made us both feel comfortable and confident to help in our relationship goals with our mind. The office was welcoming and warm feeling. Looking forward to more sessions with Elijah.
