I am a person centered therapist and strive to cultivate an environment in which my clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported. I am energetic, love what I do, and genuinely enjoy the privilege I have of seeing the world through the eyes of each of my clients.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My goal for clients using the CBT model/approach is to help them learn how to retrain their thought patterns by building new neural pathways. Most people utilize a style of thinking called black and white thinking, which means people think in one extreme or the other. But the world is gray and I assist clients with learning how to operate in the gray area.
