I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with extensive clinical experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I offer individual, couples, and family sessions and bring a wealth of experience in family system work, grief counselling and trauma work.
Your first session is an opportunity to start building the foundation for healing. You can expect introductions, discussions about your reasons for seeking therapy, and goal setting. You will also be able to ask any questions you may have and discuss your expectations from the therapeutic relationship.

I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents who were diagnosed with serious mental illness. I have also worked with adults in community mental health clinics and private practice. My idea client at this juncture is a woman who is trying to navigate a life transition. That transition can be a divorce, career change, retirement, or parenting. I also work well with women who are navigating the process of aging.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is my primary therapeutic method. CBT is a structured, goal-oriented therapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. CBT is especially useful in addressing depression, anxiety, phobias, and other mental health concerns. By utilizing CBT, I will assist you in acquiring practical skills to reframe unhelpful thought pattern
