I am a well trained psychiatric nurse practitioner who is here to help manage your anxiety. we are going to work as a team and together we can identity what works best you and how to properly manage your diagnose. I know accepting and actually seeking help can be very challenging and over whelming but i am here to tell you, you are on the right path. This is a safe space to help you heal and grow mentally. I am a very compassionate person who is always ready to listen to everyone and i believe just a listening ear can change one's life.
First session
After the first session with me client will be able to pick a treatment plan and will try to work on a treatment plan that work best for them. After the session, the client will have a more insight and a better understanding of how to properly manage their diagnoses.
Strengths
