I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Co-Owner of Serene Therapy Solutions LLC with over five years of experience supporting individuals through a range of emotional and life challenges. I take an integrative approach, blending evidence-based modalities to meet you where you are. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, navigating relationships, or seeking personal growth. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies, I tailor each session to align with your unique needs and goals. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you build practical tools for lasting change. How may I support you? Let’s work together toward healing, clarity, and recovery.
Our first session is super laid-back—no pressure, just a real conversation. I’ll start by sharing a little about who I am, my background, and how I work, so you know what to expect. Then we’ll shift to you—what’s been going on, what brought you here, and what you’re hoping to get out of this. No need to have everything figured out or perfectly put together. Just come as you are, and we’ll take it from there.
Therapy with me isn't just effective, it's also engaging and fun. I infuse our sessions with creativity and humor, making the self-discovery process enjoyable and relatable. Whether it's through storytelling, metaphors, or lighthearted analogies, I strive to make our time together both insightful and enjoyable.
I create a space where you can be real, think freely, and not feel judged, while still keeping us focused on your goals. I work well with clients who want both support and gentle accountability—people who are open-minded, curious about themselves, and willing to do the work at their own pace. If you’re looking to gain clarity, build confidence, and step more fully into your best self, I’m here to guide, challenge, and support you along the way.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Therapy to help clients manage distress and build emotional resilience. When appropriate, I use Motivational Interviewing to support behavior change
Motivational Interviewing
In my practice, I have found Motivational Interviewing (MI) to be an invaluable tool for fostering intrinsic motivation and facilitating meaningful behavioral changes in clients. These approaches are particularly effective for individuals grappling with ambivalence about change, such as those facing challenges with substance use, anxiety, depression, or significant life transitions.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I aim set the tone for a non-judgmental awareness of the present moment into a psychological treatment. This method is often used to help individuals manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.
Reality Therapy
I help clients focus on what they can control their own choices and behaviors rather than dwelling on the past or blaming external circumstances. I use the core principles of Choice Theory to guide my work, which helps both me and my clients understand that our behavior is largely motivated by the need to satisfy five basic human needs ex. love, belonging, power, freedom, fun, and survival.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I integrate Solution Focused Therapy by helping clients shift from problem talk to solution talk. Rather than spending a lot of time analyzing the problem, I focus on what's working, what clients want instead, and how they can build on their strengths to move forward.

Ketsia was so warm and validating; while listening carefully to my concerns and digging deeper to get to the root. Will definitely be seeing her again!
