About me

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or anxious? Are you struggling in one or more (or all!) parts of your life? If so, you don't have to walk your journey alone. My name is Lisa and I would love to help you navigate the path forward, collaborating together on a plan to get you where you want to be. I have been in the behavioral health field for 18 years and it is my goal to help you work through anything that may be holding you back. Therapy is a great way to be heard, get unbiased feedback, set goals for the future, and work through the past.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, my goal is to get to know you and begin to build a supportive relationship. I'll ask you to tell me a little about what brings you to counseling and we will collaborate on a treatment plan with goals that are important to you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am open, empathetic, and warm, creating a safe space for clients to feel seen and heard without fear of judgement. I am my clients' cheerleader, celebrating wins in setting boundaries, new insights, and personal growth. It is an honor to do this work and help you to live your fullest life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with clients who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or are struggling in one or more (or all!) parts of their life. I love helping them to navigate the path forward, feeling empowered and as though they have someone by their side on their journey.
