Hi there, I am Lisa. Are you feeling anxious about managing your day-to-day life tasks? Are you hard on yourself and do you struggle to be kind and gentle with yourself? I love to use Art Therapy and talk Therapy to work with you to improve the quality of your life. I help you to perform at your desired level of functioning by managing anxiety and overcoming challenges that do not allow the highest quality of life possible. We will use a client-centered and whole-person approach, integrating and addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I integrate Art, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), mindfullness, and ThetaHealing to empower you to be happy, and healthy Whether you are dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, loss, or relationship challenges, we will work together, and I am here to help you.
You can expect to have a healing and empowering therapy experience. As therapy progresses, the challenges and issues that you bring to the sessions will gradually become more integrated into your life and beliefs. This will lead you to a calmer, more productive life, helping you to become more peaceful and strong.

I am a caring and compassionate person. I have extensive experience working with those experiencing grief, loss, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have also worked with those suffering from Alzheimer's and dementia. I use a variety of healing tools.
