Feeling better starts with feeling heard. I'll work alongside you to find a thoughtful, low-pressure treatment plan for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more, so you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
We will work as a team to build a plan that fits your goals and your life, and we will adjust it as you grow and heal.
First session
Our first visit is a full psychiatric evaluation. We'll talk about what brought you in, your history, and your goals. You'll leave feeling heard, with a clear sense of what's going on and a starting plan, which may include medication options we choose together.
Strengths
I listen closely, explain options in plain language, and make decisions with you, not for you. You'll leave each visit knowing the plan and why.
Ideal clients
My ideal client is a teen or adult who is struggling with ADHD, depression, or anxiety and wants real relief. Maybe focus feels out of reach, your mood has been low for a while, or worry is getting in the way of work, school, or relationships. You want a provider who listens, explains your options clearly, and works with you on a plan that fits your life.

Change is hard, and I won't lecture you. Together we'll talk through what matters most to you, what's getting in the way, and what you feel ready to work on, so the goals we set are truly yours.I ask questions that help you sort out what you want to change and why it matters to you. You set the pace, and we work toward goals that feel right for you.
