Overwhelmed by anxiety, parenting, or ADHD? I help women find calm, clarity, and confidence in the midst of chaos. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR-trained therapist, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore past experiences and gently shift unhelpful belief patterns. I also work with children and adolescents, helping them understand their big feelings and build lifelong emotional tools. It’s a privilege to walk alongside women, moms, and kids on their journey toward healing and I’m so glad you’re here.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will review your intake forms, discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, set goals, and begin to establish rapport with one another. I will ask questions to understand your background, concerns, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. It's also a chance for you to ask any questions and discuss the therapeutic process.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

After being in the field for over 9 years, I see the importance in fully knowing a client and allowing them to feel safe to be their authentic self.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with families who need help with parenting. From personal experience, I know it takes a village and I want to support you on your parenting journey. I also enjoy helping clients with anxiety and/or depression to help increasing their coping skills.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my therapy sessions, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) by focusing on helping clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and beliefs. We work together to understand how these thoughts affect their emotions and behaviors. Through various techniques, such as cognitive restructuring and behavioral experiments, we aim to replace these negative patterns with more positive and realistic ones.

EMDR

EMDR is used to treat a variety of mental health diagnoses by helping you process distressing memories. During the sessions, we will focus on the traumatic memories while engaging in bilateral stimulation, which helps reprocess these memories and reduce their emotional intensity.
