Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will go through background information, goals, and what brought you in. We will go over any questions or concerns at that time and I will go over my therapy style and what to expect for our time together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I love being able to encourage and support my clients. I will do my best to guide them to succeed towards the goals they have set for themselves. I will challenge my clients and help them believe in themselves.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with those who are ready to make change. Making change is hard at any point in your life, and I want to be there to help support you. I want to help those who are looking for an outlet to process and begin learning tools and more about themselves.

This is the first time since I was a child that I feel like I will actually stay with my therapist and put the work in. Erin is so geniune and easy to talk to. I am finally looking forward to meeting with a therapist again. This is the first time that I feel like I'm going to begin to heal. I am so excited for my next session.
