Are you feeling overwhelmed, sad, worried, stressed out, or stuck? Are you struggling with life’s challenges or your relationships? I believe that therapy in a safe, accepting, and compassionate space allows for the self-understanding necessary for growth and healing. I work with adults and young adults (18+) to explore feelings and gain a better self-understanding, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, race and multicultural issues, and life transitions.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Anxiety can make it feel like your thoughts are running the show. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I'll help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors work together—and how small changes in one area can create meaningful improvements in the others. Over the past eight years, I've helped many clients break free from unhelpful thinking patterns, reduce anxiety, and build practical tools they can use long after therapy ends. Together, we'll create strategies that fit your life and help you move toward feeling calmer, more balanced, and more like yourself.
