New to Grow
My name is Ashley Scheetz and I have worked in helping professions in the field for 11 years. I have experience working with a wide range of clients, but specialize in working with women, the LGBTQ+ community, and those that struggle with substance use. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I provide affirming care and am committed to ongoing growth as an ally to the BIPOC community. I show up to therapy fully as myself and encourage you to do the same.
I meet you where you are and offer a safe, non-judgmental space to be your full self. We’ll focus on what’s helped you survive, what you want moving forward, and realistic steps toward change. I also believe there’s room for humor—because healing can include laughter, too.
I'm a Certified Master's Level Addiction Professional (MCAP), which means I've had specialized training in supporting people with substance use challenges. I consider my therapy practice to be collaborative, meaning we'll work together to address your current struggles. I incorporate humor throughout while continuing to provide an empathetic ear.
I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, trauma, substance use, and domestic violence. I work with women and those in the LGBTQ community who are struggling with life transitions, relationship issues, and day to day stress. I provide support to clients that are feeling stuck or overwhelmed with their current life circumstances and need a sounding board or inclusive space to discuss what they're going through.
