I’m a clinical social worker with eight years of experience supporting queer communities, college students, neurodiverse individuals, and people living with chronic mental health and medical conditions. I’ve worked with clients navigating OCD, anxiety, LGBTQ+ identity, and complex family or relationship dynamics. Therapy with me is insight-oriented and relational, with a focus on understanding how past experiences continue to shape current patterns, emotions, and relationships.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you’ll have the opportunity to share what’s bringing you to therapy, the goals you’d like to work toward, and any questions you may have about the process. We’ll spend time getting to know each other and building a foundation for our work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I help college students, young adults, and professionals make sense of who they are becoming while actively changing the patterns that keep them stuck by combining insight oriented therapy with practical tools for decision-making, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I'm a queer clinician who has an understanding of the ways in which identity, belonging, and safety can impact how we navigate life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

You're the one people rely on. The thoughtful one, the one who holds things together. Internally, it feels different. Your mind doesn't slow down. You overthink, doubt yourself, and feel pressure to get everything right. You may be navigating burnout, relationship stress, or questions of identity and belonging. Many of my clients are queer and/or neurodivergent adults who appear capable on the outside but internally struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt in relationships or work.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My work is insight-oriented and relational, with a focus on understanding how past experiences shape current patterns and relationships. I work best with clients who want to understand why these patterns repeat and begin shifting them in a sustainable way using CBT to challenge internalized beliefs that no longer serve us, consider new perspectives, and develop new ways of responding to situations in a way that honors your needs.
