I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
The first session will include the intake process that will identify the areas that should be addressed during our work together and mental health history.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as I find it useful in understanding how our thinking influences our emotions and behaviors.
I believe in using a collaborative, compassionate, and empathetic approach to meet my clients where they are! Ultimately, I work with each client to help identify their goals and tailor an approach that works best for them.
