New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with five years of experience supporting young adults facing career stress, burnout, and life transitions. I earned my master’s degree from the University of Texas and offer therapy in both English and Spanish. Sessions are available in person and via telehealth, and my goal is to help clients build practical tools for a more balanced and fulfilling life.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll start with brief introductions and then explore the concerns that brought you to therapy. I’ll take time to understand your goals, challenges, and personal history so we can create a personalized plan for our work together. I use a holistic approach that considers emotional, mental, and lifestyle factors to support your overall well-being. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I offer a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative therapeutic approach. I use a holistic perspective that addresses emotional, mental, and lifestyle factors while incorporating practical tools to support meaningful and lasting change. I also provide culturally responsive care in both English and Spanish.
