Whether it’s anxiety, relationship strain, or stress from a demanding career or family dynamic, you’re ready for a more focused, effective approach. I specialize in: ADHD in adults, teens, and children (focus, follow-through, emotional regulation) Anxiety, stress, and burnout—especially for high-functioning adults Overwhelm, time management, and difficulty “shutting off” Relationship issues, couples therapy, and communication breakdowns Teen anxiety, behavioral concerns, and family conflict Parenting strategies, especially for ADHD and high-stress households Trauma and difficult past experiences For clients with ADHD, therapy often focuses on improving focus, follow-through, emotional regulation, organization, and reducing self-criticism. For trauma and anxiety, we work to reduce overwhelm, strengthen coping skills, and build a greater sense of stability and confidence. For adolescents and kids, I build strong rapport while helping parents better understand and respond to underlying dynamics—supporting both emotional regulation and healthier family connection. For couples, I help shift entrenched cycles of conflict, defensiveness, or disconnection into more effective communication, accountability, and trust.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, we’ll talk about what is bringing you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. I understand the fear of sharing your inner most thoughts with a stranger. I also know how much better you will feel after you get started. I work to create a comfortable, safe, nonjudgmental space where you can begin feeling safe expressing thoughts, emotions, or experiences that may feel difficult to talk about elsewhere - at your pace. Together, we’ll identify patterns, clarify goals, and begin building a plan tailored to your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With over 20 years of clinical experience—including private practice, trauma-informed care, and high-acuity settings—I quickly understand complex emotional and relational patterns and help clients move forward with clarity and precision. My approach is active, strategic, and personalized. I integrate CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care to help you not only gain insight—but create lasting change. This is not passive therapy; I provide direct feedback, practical tools, and a deeper level of understanding to help you move out of stuck patterns efficiently.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults, professionals, teens, and families struggling with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, overwhelm, and relationship stress. Many of my clients are high-functioning and capable but feel stuck in exhausting patterns, emotional reactivity, or chronic self-pressure. Using a practical, collaborative approach grounded in CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, I help clients better understand the underlying patterns driving symptoms, improve emotional regulation and communication, and create meaningful, lasting change with greater clarity, confidence, and balance.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with adults, adolescents, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges. In my practice, I use CBT to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, gain insight into the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and develop more effective coping strategies.
