As a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and life transitions. I believe healing begins with feeling truly heard, which is why I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My approach is collaborative and rooted in whole-person wellness, recognizing the connection between mental and physical health. Together, we'll develop practical, personalized strategies that help you build resilience, restore balance, and create meaningful, lasting change.

First session

During our first session, we'll take time to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to treatment, your current concerns, personal history, and goals for care. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences while creating a space where you can speak openly without judgment. Together, we'll review treatment options, answer any questions you may have, and develop a personalized plan that aligns with your needs, values, and goals.

Strengths

I believe the best care comes from working together. I take time to understand the full picture not just your symptoms, but how your mental health is affecting your daily life, relationships, sleep, stress, and overall well-being. My goal is to help you feel informed and involved in your treatment decisions. I provide thoughtful medication management, education, and practical recommendations while creating anenvironment where you feel heard and respected.

Ideal clients

My experience best positions me to work with adults who are ready to better understand their mental health and take an active role in their care. Many of my clients are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, or life transitions and are looking for compassionate, evidence-based medication management. They value collaboration, practical guidance, and a provider who takes the time to listen, educate, and develop a personalized treatment plan that supports long-term well-being.
