I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Perhaps in pain, grieving, growing, uncertain, hopeful. I believe healing happens in safe connection, in being witnessed with compassion, and in slowly finding your way back to yourself. My style is warm, grounded, and intuitive. I’m especially passionate about supporting people through trauma, anxiety, relationship pain, motherhood, identity shifts, and seasons of emotional heaviness. Together we make room for both the ache and the healing, with gentleness, honesty, and care.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is simply a place to begin. There is no pressure to have the “right” words or to share everything at once. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, exploring what’s been weighing on your heart, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you hope to find through this process. My goal is for you to feel safe, seen, and supported. We move at your pace, with gentleness and curiosity, creating a space where you can breathe a little deeper and begin untangling what you’ve been carrying, one step at a time.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my approach is the way I hold space: with warmth, intuition, honesty, and deep compassion. I believe healing is not about “fixing” who you are, but understanding yourself more fully and learning to meet your wounds with gentleness instead of shame. I blend thoughtful reflection with practical support, helping clients feel both emotionally held and grounded in real-life change. My work is rooted in connection, nervous system awareness, self-compassion, and helping people reconnect with their voice, their boundaries, and the parts of themselves that may have been buried beneath survival.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve people who are carrying more than they can easily name: those who have learned to stay strong, to keep going, to take care of everyone else, even when something inside them feels tired, overwhelmed, or quietly unraveling. Many of the people I work with are in seasons of transition or emotional that comes in waves, or the slow burnout. They often arrive feeling like they’ve had to hold themselves together through force of will alone. Some are navigating relationships that feel confusing or emotionally draining, where there’s love, but also hurt, repetition, or patterns that leave them questioning their own clarity. Others are trying to break cycles they can finally see, even if it still feels hard to step out of them. I tend to resonate with clients who are reflective, even if they feel scattered. People who ask deep questions about themselves, their relationships, their purpose, or their healing even when they don’t yet have language for what they’re experiencing. There’s often a quiet longing underneath it all: to feel grounded again, to trust themselves more fully, to feel emotionally safe in their own lives. Therapy with me is a space for slowing down what has been rushed through, giving language to what has been held in silence, and gently reconnecting with the parts of you that have had to go quiet in order to survive.
