First session
There will be a lot of questions! We will go pretty fast. I will ask you about your current concerns, symptoms, goals for treatment and past treatment experience. I will also ask about life stressors and lifestyle changes. Together, we will identify the problem and actions needed to do to get back on the right path. This is called the "treatment plan". You will have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss next steps.
Strengths
My patients say that I am personable, compassionate, an attentive listener. I am realistic and authentic. I promote a holistic approach aimed at enhancing improved emotional balance and enhanced self care.
Ideal clients
I help clients navigate their way through anxiety and depression back to a life of balance and hope. Using evidence based practices, I actively listen and collaborate with YOU as the team leader to create a clear, individualized treatment plan, with realistic goals. Where do you want to go? what can you do to get there? Let's get there together! I prioritize minimizing medication and emphasize targeted therapy and practical lifestyle changes to achieve full remission. Ready to get started? Let's talk!
