New to Grow
I’m a first-generation Latinx LMHC with about 7 years of experience specializing in ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I provide bilingual therapy in both English and Spanish, with a deep focus on building genuine relationships and delivering practical, goal-oriented solutions. Throughout my career, I’ve worked extensively with children, teens, and adults, helping them navigate and manage everyday concerns. My mission is to provide culturally responsive care that empowers you to tackle life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
First sessions can be awkward, and I’m here to make sure ours isn’t. Clients can expect a warm, conversational atmosphere where we focus on building a solid rapport right out of the gate. We’ll talk through your history, maybe have a little laugh where it's appropriate, and start defining what success looks like for you. You’ll exit the session with a preliminary roadmap and a provider who is genuinely invested in your progress.
I’m an active, goal-oriented therapist who loves a mix of CBT and mindfulness. My style is relaxed and disarming, creating a space where we can tackle the hard stuff without it feeling overwhelming. I’ll empower you to lead the way, but I’m happy to step in with specific tools to help you face those challenges. Think of it as a partnership: you bring the vision, and I’ll bring the tools to help you build the life you're aiming for.
My ideal clients are individuals seeking a dedicated space to process, grow, and learn. I work best with those navigating life transitions, anxiety, or ADHD, who value a therapist who brings both deep empathy and a touch of humor to the room. I believe that while healing is profound work, it doesn't always have to be heavy; a well-timed moment of lightness can be just as transformative as a deep insight.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My approach to CBT is highly collaborative and goal-driven. Supporting to bridge the gap between clients feelings and their actions. By focusing on identifying thought distortions and challenging them in real-time, I help my clients build a toolkit for emotional regulation. We work systematically toward specific behavioral goals, ensuring clients see measurable progress.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I focus on mindfulness and acceptance strategies that allow clients to observe their internal experiences without being controlled by them.
