What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I love to use humor and an "all hands on deck" approach to working through anxiety and OCD. I will never ask you to do an exposure that I won't do with you and you always have say in what your ERP journey looks like. I enjoy connecting to others and can balance empathy and care with knowing that I can help you get to a place of recovery.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My treatment methods

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

Absolutely! Here’s a concise version for ERP: I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as the gold-standard treatment for OCD in my practice. I work collaboratively with clients to build a hierarchy of fears and guide them through exposures while resisting compulsions, helping them learn that anxiety can be tolerated without engaging in rituals. ERP empowers clients to break free from the OCD cycle and reclaim their lives with greater confidence and autonomy.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Sure! Here's a short version for ACT: I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into my work to help clients build psychological flexibility. Through ACT, I support clients in accepting uncomfortable thoughts and feelings without judgment, connecting with their values, and taking committed action toward a meaningful life—even in the presence of anxiety or OCD.
