Elle Green

LISW-CP20 years of experience

I'm Elle, licensed clinical social worker, and I offer a warm collaborative space to explore anxiety, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion and experiences shaping your relationships and life. My approach blends compassion, reflection and practical coping tools. We’ll build on your strengths and work toward goals that honor your culture, values, and everyday life.

First session

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your concerns, hopes, and what support would feel most helpful, at a pace that respects your comfort. You’ll have room to ask questions and share without pressure. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clearer about our next steps together.

Strengths

I bring warmth, honesty, and a down to earth approach to therapy. I’ll listen without judgment and gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and find practical ways to navigate stress, change, and relationships while honoring your identity and pace. You don’t need the perfect words...just come as you are.

Ideal clients

I work with adults, especially women, navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. You may be adjusting to a new chapter, feeling overwhelmed, or wanting to reconnect with yourself. My clients appreciate a warm, collaborative space where they can speak honestly, feel understood, and explore practical ways forward. You don’t need clear answers to begin...just a willingness to take the first step.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and actions influence one another. Together, we’ll notice unhelpful patterns, explore more balanced perspectives, and practice small changes that support your goals. For example, we might work through a self-critical thought and find a kinder, more realistic response. You’ll build practical skills to use in everyday life, at your own pace.

Motivational Interviewing

I use motivational interviewing to help you explore changes you’re considering, especially when part of you feels ready and another part feels unsure. Through thoughtful questions and listening, we’ll clarify what matters to you, recognize your strengths, and identify steps that feel realistic. You set the direction; I support you in finding your own reasons and confidence to move forward.
