New to Grow
Are you a woman or college student always thinking of the worst case scenario, and feel anxious and on edge no matter what you do? You’re someone who's successful at most things, yet still find yourself doubting, second guessing, and feeling fearful about the future. You struggle to put yourself first but something is telling you that you need to make a change, even though you’re not quite sure what it is yet. You want to gain deeper insight into yourself and unravel difficult thoughts and feelings. You’re someone who's ready to change your “go to" setting and finally begin to make real changes in your life!
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
First, we explore your history, thought patterns, and relationship dynamics with curiosity, not judgment. Then we focus on building tools that support real-life change. This can include clearer communication, healthier boundaries, stronger emotional regulation, and learning how to respond to old thought patterns in new ways that feel steadier and more aligned. My goal isn’t just symptom relief. It’s helping you develop self-trust, confidence, and the ability to navigate life with more clarity and stability. You remain in control of the pace. We move toward growth in a way that feels sustainable, not rushed.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Therapy with me is collaborative, steady, and tailored specifically to you and your needs. There are many one-size-fits-all approaches to anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. However, I don’t practice that way. Your story, your patterns, and your nervous system are unique. Our work reflects that.
