Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over seven years of experience working with adults navigating mental health challenges as well as those seeking additional support during life transitions. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can grow, gain clarity, and work toward becoming the best version of yourself. I can help you strengthen assertiveness skills for the workplace, manage stress, and explore what you envision for the next phase of your life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you can expect to complete some initial paperwork and share basic background information. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I may ask questions to better understand your history, strengths, and patterns so I can get a fuller picture of who you are. Most importantly, this session is about building rapport. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and begin establishing a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my approach is that I treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. My work is grounded in a person-centered framework, meaning I prioritize understanding your unique experiences, values, and goals. No concern is too small—if it matters to you, it matters in our work together. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel fully heard, respected, and supported while also being gently challenged to grow.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about your next steps—but you know you want something to change. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, workplace stress, or navigating a life transition, you’re ready for practical tools and meaningful support. You value having a space where you can speak openly without judgment while also gaining strategies you can apply in your daily life. If you’re motivated to better understand your patterns, strengthen your confidence, and take intentional steps toward your goals, we would likely work well together. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help you create clear, realistic change at a pace that feels right for you.
