I assist individuals in exploring their feelings and challenging their thinking in order to foster a healthier relationship with their self and others. I provide a safe, warm, and empathetic space for my clients.
First session
In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and ensure it feels like a good fit. From there, we will begin exploring your goals, current challenges, and what brought you here, so I can understand how to best support and work with you moving forward.
Strengths
One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my experience working in adolescent and young adult mental health treatment settings. I bring a grounded, compassionate presence and meet clients where they are, while also gently challenging them and offering thoughtful reflections to support growth and insight.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My therapeutic approaches include: CBT, Narrative, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic. I am also trained in EMDR. I utilize the therapeutic relationship to guide clients towards their goals. I believe all individuals are unique and have strengths. I am here to collaboratively work with you to make meaningful changes.
